1. PCB assembly is classified according to the degree of automation:
It can be divided into fully automatic production line and semi-automatic production line. The automatic production line means that the equipment of the whole production line is fully automatic, and all the production equipments are connected into an automatic line through the automatic loading machine, buffer belt and automatic loading machine. Semi-automatic production line means that the main production equipment is not connected or not fully connected. The printing press is semi-automatic and requires manual printing or manual loading and unloading of the printed circuit board assembly.
2. PCB assembly is classified according to the scale of the production line:
The production lines of printed circuit boards can be divided into large, medium and small production lines. The large-scale production line has a large production capacity. The placement machine on a large-scale single-sided production line consists of a general-purpose machine and multiple high-speed machines. Small and medium-sized production lines are mainly suitable for research institutes and small and medium-sized enterprises, which can satisfy multiple varieties, small and medium batches or single varieties. Medium and small batch production tasks can use fully automatic production lines or semi-automatic production lines.
3. PCB assembly is classified according to different products:
The production line of printed circuit board can be divided into single production line and double production line. The single production line of printed circuit board is composed of automatic surface assembly equipment such as printing machine, placement machine, reflow oven, test equipment, etc. It is mainly used to assemble SMC/SMD products on one side of PCB.
The double printed circuit board production line is composed of two printed circuit board single production lines. The two printed circuit board single production lines can exist independently or in series. They are mainly used to assemble SMC/SMD products on both sides of the PCB.
