PCBA Factory's Testing Methods of PCBA Reliability
PCBA reliability test is a very important link for PCBA factory to control product quality. This link can check whether the reliability of PCBA board can complete the work after leaving the factory. The reliability of the PCBA board will directly affect the user experience and repair rate, so PCBA reliability testing is very important in the PCBA factory.
The general PCBA factory's reliability test of PCBA board is divided into ICT test, FCT test, fatigue test, simulated environment test, and aging test.
The following is the PCBA reliability test of the PCBA factory.
1. ICT test of PCBA factory:
The content of the ICT test is mainly to test the welding condition of the components, the on-off of the circuit, the value of voltage and current, the fluctuation curve, the amplitude, and the noise.
2. FCT test PCBA factory:
The FCT test requires IC program firing on the PCBA board, and then connect the PCBA board to the load, and perform functional testing on the PCBA board by simulating the input and output of the user during use. The FCT test can find the problems in the hardware and software, realize the joint debugging of the software and hardware, and ensure that the front-end manufacturing and welding are normal.
3. Fatigue test of PCBA factory:
The fatigue test is generally a proportional sampling test on the PCBA board. By simulating the high-frequency and long-term operation of the user's use of the function, and then observing whether the PCBA board fails and judging the probability of the test failure through the failure ratio. This probability can generally reflect the working performance of the PCBA board in the electronic product.
4. Simulated environment test of PCBA factory:
The simulated environment test is mainly to expose the PCBA board to extreme temperature, humidity, drop, splashing, and vibration, and obtain the test results of random samples. So as to infer the reliability of the entire PCBA board batch product.
5. Aging test of PCBA factory:
The burn-in test is a long-term power-on test on the PCBA board to simulate the user's use, keep it working and observe whether there are any failures. Only after the aging test can electronic products be sold in batches.
