The Difference between Multi-functional SMT Machine and High-speed SMT Machine
1. Price: High-speed machines are usually expensive, while medium-speed multi-function machines are affordable;
2. SMT type: During the process of PCB manufacturing and assembly, High-speed machines mainly print chip components (capacitors, resistors, small transistors), while the multi-function machines mainly print large-sized ICs and special-shaped parts (BGA, SOP/ QFP). The mounting range and component size of the multi-function machine are much bigger than that of the high-speed machine.
3. Speed: as can be seen from the name, in the production process of a PCB, the mounting speed of a high-speed machine is faster than that of a medium-speed machine.
4. Accuracy: the accuracy of a high-speed machine is not as high as that of a multi-function machine. The accuracy of a high-speed machine is usually about 50um, while that of a multi-function machine is about 30um.
