ZF attaches great importance to every order. No matter the size of the order, ZF will deliver it by the company's position of high quality and high standards on time. ZF guarantees to complete the shipment before the expiration delivery date of the order. ZF will refund 1% of the total amount of the invoice if the order delay for one day. Based on this, ZF will be willing to refund 100% of the total amount of the invoice if the order delay for more than five days.

This guarantee does not cover uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather, and delays in delivery due to customs inspection of foreign-ordered components.
